Module 2: Time Management

As a new manager you'll find your time more in demand than ever before. Improving your time management skills is key to your success as a manager.

Module 3: Project Management

Getting things done as a team is what managing is all about. In this module you'll learn some important lessons on managing projects and getting results.

Module 4: Ground Rules

Managing the team dynamics themselves is an important part of managing. This module will guide you along in setting up ground rules for your team.

Module 5: Setting Yourself up for Success

Being a manager is much different than being an individual contributor. There are some key things you can do to set yourself and yoru team up for success.

Module 6: Coaching

A big part of being an effective manager is coaching. This module will get you started in the right direction.

Module 7: Creating Opporunities for Your Team

As a manager your now responsible for the development of your team. This module will give you some insight into what it takes to accomplish this objective.

Two Course Formats are available:

Self Study

In this format, you'll have access to the videos for the seven modules, but you're mainly on your own. This format does include one, 60-minute coaching call with Greg Fisher, an experienced leader, manager and coach.

In this format, you have a weekly 60-minute coaching call with Greg Fisher, an experienced leader, manager and coach for the 7 weeks of the course. Greg will be able to guide you, answer your questions and mentor you as you settle into your new manager role. To register for this program there is an application process that begins with an initial "get to know each other" meeting.
