Q: I'm not sure about the value of the course.  Is it worth it?

A: Think about the return on your investment in the context of the value of your home.  Average home prices vary across North America, but whether your local market is at the $300K range or the $1M+ range, the investment in this course and in implementing its recommendations will translate to thousands of dollars.  

Q: Will I need to spend a lot of money to implement the recommendations from your course?

A: Unknown.  There will certainly be some expenditures required but it all depends on what needs to be done to your home and what you decide to do.  You have 100% control over what you implement and what you spend.  There are plenty of things to implement that cost nothing.  So if you're on a tight budget you can still benefit from this course.  As a general rule, you should budget to spend 1% of the value of your home to get it ready to sell with the expectation that you will get a solid return on investment.

Q: Doesn't my Realtor take care of getting my house ready?

A: Some do, to varying degrees.  Some offer free staging or provide recommendations, but generally they leave it to the homeowner.  If you're home at first glance looks good, the Realtor will often push to get it on the market right away.  Our course will take you through a very detailed evaluation of your property and you'll come up with a detailed list of tasks.  Even houses that at first thought look good, have many opportunities to improve.  Often it comes down to the difference between being set up for living versus being set up for selling.
