This week I'm reflecting on the completion of my Leadership For Retail Managers by my first group of Store Managers.

What a great experience it was to spend the last 7 weeks with this group of passionate leaders. Their openness and participation made the course everything I'd envisioned it would be.

The course is over but their journey is just beginning.
