If you're having technical problems with the course, such as login issues, navigation issues, download issues, app issues, click on the support button and submit a support ticket.  Our support team will review the information you provide and get back to you to resolve the issue.

After each section of the course there is a "beta testing" exercise where you answer a series of questions.  When you submit your answers, your account is tagged as having completed that section.  When you complete all sections, by submitting all the beta-test exercises, you will be emailed a certificate of completion and NAFBF will be notified that you've completed the Resume Building for Teens course.

At the end of each section of the course you will be completing "Beta Testing" questions.  When you submit your answers, your account is tagged accordingly.  When you've completed all the "Beta-Testing" sections, you will receive a certificate of completion and NAFBF will be notified that you've completed the course. 

If you forget your password, you can click on the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You'll be emailed a link to reset your password.

We use automation software to generate your user name and email address from your order confirmation when you purchased the Complete Athlete.  Sometimes that software extracts incorrect characters and includes them in your user name, or it excludes part of your name.  We do an audit to try and catch any errors but sometimes we miss something.  If your name is showing incorrectly, send support a ticket using the Support button on this page and provide the details. We'll get it fixed from there.
