Welcome!

Over the course of my training as a coach, I've had a number of interesting experiences with silence.  At first, sitting in silence was very uncomfortable and strange.  My mind would be full of thinking and judgement. Gradually my mind would quiet down and I'd become present to the moment.  My discomfort would be replaced with peace and contentment. In this quiet place I'd have insights into my experiences and see things that had never occurred to me.  These experiences were so powerful that I decided to experiment with silence. Enjoy the program and enjoy the silence!

Instructions

At the beginning of each video I will read a section of a book (example: The Missing Link), and then the balance of the time will be silent.  I encourage you to sit in the silence and allow your mind to get quiet. See what shows up for you in the silence. You may just be surprised. Thank you for being here with me.
